Important extraction limits

Files are processed in this browser and are not uploaded or permanently stored by BuildPath NZ. Only supported plain-text formats are searched. PDF parsing, OCR, drawing interpretation and Office-document extraction are not configured, so those files are listed for manual review and never treated as extracted evidence. The tool does not interpret consent legality, approve feasibility, or replace a full page-by-page review by the developer and relevant consultants.

The controlling sources are the complete issued resource consent decision, all consent conditions, approved plans, referenced reports, subsequent variations, engineering approvals, related notices, council correspondence, and written advice from the planner, architect, surveyor, civil/geotechnical/traffic specialists, lawyer, quantity surveyor, and Auckland Council.
