Browser-local records
Interactive checklists, registers, calculators, assessments, and editable forms may store drafts in local browser storage on your device. BuildPath NZ does not receive or back up that local data on a server.
Your responsibility
Export, print, or save important records into your own controlled project filing system. Local records can be lost when browser data is cleared, privacy settings block storage, a device is replaced, or the browser profile becomes unavailable.
Resource consent files
The resource consent extractor is designed to process selected files in the browser. It does not intentionally upload or retain the source document. Closing or refreshing the page clears the in-memory extraction unless you export the result.
Contact and technical records
Email correspondence and hosting or security logs may be retained for a reasonable period where needed to respond, investigate a correction, maintain security, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.
Deleting local data
Use the reset control provided by a tool or clear the site's local storage through your browser settings. Export anything important first because deletion may be permanent.
